Thien Long Cave

The cave is nearly 20 kilometers from Cat Ba town center, located in the northeast mountain range, the residence of the residential community in Gia Luan commune. Although near the residential area, Hoa Cuong Cave is still untouched and attracts many tourists. The cave is 50 meters above sea level, with a height of 10 meters and a length of about 100 meters.

Quan Y Cave (Hospital Cave)

Quan Y Cave is one of the most special caves in Cat Ba Island thanks to its natural beauty of stalactites and historical significance. The cave is 13 kilometers from Cat Ba town center, located in the Khe Sau area, Tran Chau commune, in the territory of Cat Ba National Park. Coming here, you will have a chance to admire a special structure with stalactites and coastal limestone mountains formed by sediment. Along with the light inside, Quan Y Cave looks more mysterious and romantic.

After many years, Quan Y Cave’s structure is still kept intact. After you get out of three layers of thick doors, you will reach the hospital area inside the cave with three floors. The first floor has 14 functional rooms, including patients’ rooms, an emergency operating room, a medicine storage room, etc. Whereas the 2nd floor is the movie screening and exercise and fitness testing area, the 3rd floor is the reception hall, the guard room, and the officer's room. Besides, Quan Y cave is also equipped with a perfect road system, drainage system, ventilation system, etc.
