Bach Long Glass-Bottom Bridge is the latest glass-bottom bridge in Vietnam. The bridge belongs to the Moc Chau Island tourist area in Muong Sang Commune, Moc Chau District, Son La Province. General information of Moc Chau District

Moc Chau is a mountainous district in the Southeast area of Son La Province. The heart-shaped tea hill is located in On Village, Nong Truong Moc Chau Town, Moc Chau District. The green tea hill is the symbol of love and vitality, attracting tourists coming to visit and take beautiful photos.

General information on Bach Long Glass-Bottom Bridge

Ticket fee

  • Weekends and festivals: VND 650,000/ adult; VND 450,000/ children from 1 - 1,4 meters and free for children under 1 meter. 
  • Normal days: VND 550,000/ adult; VND 350,000/ children from 1 - 1,4 meters and free for children under 1 meter.

With a total length of 632 meters, the Bach Long Glass-bottom bridge is now the world’s longest glass-bottom bridge, surpassing the 526-meter bridge in China. Bach Long Bridge is the highlight of the Moc Chau Island tourist area with a panoramic view of the mountain and surrounding landscapes. The bridge includes two parts below.

  • Glass bridge

The glass bridge is crossed by two mountains with a length of 290 meters and a width of 2,4 meters. It is installed with 9D effect technology with 60 simulated visual and sound effects to increase visitors’ experience.

  • Glass skywalk

The glass skywalk is connecting to the glass bridge, running 370 meters along the cliffs. Under the bridge is a 150m deep abyss, creating a sense of adventure. From two protruding points at 3-meter wide and 5-meter long, you can admire the breathtaking scenery of the whole tourist area.

The entire system of glass on the bridge is Saint Gobain super tempered glass of France, including three layers at 40mm thick. Before being put into operation, the safety factor of the Bach Long glass-bottom bridge has been inspected and tested. Although the bridge can accommodate up to thousands of people, it is limited to 450 people each turn to guarantee safety and experience for tourists. The number of tourists on the bridge is controlled by automatic control technology. 

Following the foot of Bach Long glass-bottom bridge is Chim Than cave. Coming here, you can find natural stalactites and stone sculptures reflecting the working and productive life of the ancient Thai people.
