8:00 AM - Shake hands with your guide at your hotel and get in the car for a 1.5-hour drive to Ben Tre province. Grab a helmet and start biking from Mo Cay district, follow quiet rural roads passing beautiful coconut plantations and local gardens. Visit local workshops for processing coconut handicrafts and cooking coconut jelly before stopping for lunch at a local café.

After lunch, take a ferry across the river and continue riding through shady palm tree-covered lanes through farms to a small rural market. Quiet cycling on small paths brings us to the river where we relax for a 30-minute ferry crossing. A final few km of countryside cycling brings us to the city of Tra Vinh where we overnight in a comfy homestay.

Our morning begins with a scenic bike ride along the tranquil back roads, leading us through the heartland of the Khmer community, known for their devout Theravada Buddhism practices. Pedaling past lush rice fields, we'll encounter vibrant Khmer temples adorned with intricate designs and often spot orange-clad monks gracefully treading along rural countryside paths. As we follow the quiet roads and make small boat crossings, we'll arrive in Can Tho for a well-deserved lunch break. After recharging with a delicious meal, you can choose to continue cycling a bit further or opt for a comfortable car transfer to Long Xuyen where we spend the night at a hotel in the city center.

After a hearty breakfast, set sail on a traditional boat to the bustling Long Xuyen floating market. As you meander through this lively marketplace, be enchanted by the local culture, engaging in animated conversations and friendly haggling with the welcoming vendors. 

Returning to the hotel for check-out, the adventure continues with a scenic cycle from Long Xuyen to the enchanting Xeo Quit forest. Following a satisfying lunch, explore the depths of Xeo Quit, a pristine wilderness concealed beneath a lush canopy of towering trees and vines. Here, hidden Viet Cong bunkers unveil their secrets, with the option to embark on a thrilling canoe tour along a narrow canal, passing old bunkers and former minefields. 

Concluding this remarkable journey, a comfortable car transfer will return you to Saigon, marking the end of an unforgettable trip filled with culture, history, and natural beauty.
